Not exactly known to be an early riser, when called upon, Jessie can be the first FOH person through the door, but let’s be honest, it isn’t likely! Inimitable, we love it when she is around but understand when she prefers to just stop by and quality checks the pancakes.

Hilari leads our kitchen team in every aspect. The earliest of risers, she opens the restaurant every darn day and cooks up the most wonderful eggs you could imagine. Her ever growing soft skills are the stuff of legend and so is her laugh which can be heard from anywhere in the building. We are so lucky to have you!

Mike doesn’t like having his picture taken, but don’t think we didn’t try! This man anchors the fried chicken line in ways I didn’t think possible. We are eternally grateful for the amount of chicken he can make at any given time, even if he likes to grumble about it.

Scott does so many things around here it’s impossible to list them all. Beyond capable every station in the kitchen, he bangs out the prep every week that makes feeding the masses possible. He left for a time and we can’t tell you how happy we are that he is BACK!
